Cooked sliced giant squid NUCHAR

Fresh diced vegetables

To taste



Green and red pepper



Olive oil

2 tablespoons

Vinegar (can be substituted for lemon juice)

1 tablespoon

Salt a pinch

Ground black pepper a pinch

  1. In a container, emulsify the oil with the rest of the vinaigrette ingredients and reserve.

  2. Cut the previously washed vegetables into small pieces and mix them with the cooked sliced squid.

  3. Pour in the vinaigrette and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.

Dish finishes

Serve on individual plates. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.


Cook an egg and let it cool. Chop into small pieces and add it to the salad to get a complete, varied and healthy dish.
